  • 200 grams pomegranate juice
  • 120 grams white sugar
  • 20 grams honey
  • 10 grams lemon juice
  • 3 cloves

  • pecorino cheese 20 grams
  • lemon zest
  • black peppers
  • extravergine olive oil
